TMST Families - Information for week of July 12. Lots of information!

Practices: Championship participants only. Monday, July 13, Tuesday, July 14, Wednesday, July 15, and Thursday, July 16 Tippecanoe Family Aquatic Center (225 Parkwood Ave, Tipp City). 10 & under 7:00 - 8:00 11 & older 8:00 - 9:00. Please make every effort to attend so coaches can work on starts, turns and relay exchanges.

Championship Participants: You can view your swimmer(s) championship event(s) with the attachments and/or here. All teams are limited to only two swimmers (or relays) per event and up to three individual events per swimmer. Coaches looked at times to build a strong and competitive team. Coaches are "swimming up" several athletes to give them the opportunity to participate. 

Championships: Saturday, July 18 @ TFAC. Heat sheet & final information coming later this week. Arrival will be 7:15 AM, warmups at 7:30, meet start at 9:00. ETA ending for event 44 is around 11:45, meet end time around 1:45.

Championship Volunteers: Thank you to parents who have already signed up to volunteer at championships. Please make note that the Free Relays are NOT at the end of the meet.  The shift change will remain after event #44, however those athletes that are participating in ONLY relays will be done after event #52 (depending on age). End of Season Party: Saturday, July 18 from 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the Tipp Pool.

• Food, awards, and open swim until 9:00. All TMST participants and their immediate family are welcome.
• TMST Board is asking for food/drink donations:  End of Season Donations
• The board will not be setting up the tables until the pool closes at 7:00.
• If you are unable to attend the end of season party, please stop by the front desk during pool hours starting Sunday, July 19 to collect your end of season items including any items not claimed from the family folders.

Ribbons/Photos: Still waiting on 1st & 2nd place ribbons from the Versailles meet. All other ribbons have been sorted and placed into family folders.
