TMST Families - Information for week of June 7

Practices: Monday, June 8*, Tuesday, June 9, Wednesday, June 10 and Thursday, June 11 @ Tippecanoe Family Aquatic Center (225 Parkwood Ave, Tipp City). 10 & under 7:00 - 8:00 11 & up 8:00 - 9:00. Pool is closed to the public at 7:00. 

*Picture day so modified practice as well as group photo will be at 7:45 so "big kids" should arrive earlier than usual.

Picture Day: Monday, June 8 during practice time. Time in the water will be modified.

• Paper copies of the order form are in your 'family folder' in the blue totes. There will be limited copies available for extras. You can also print out a copy here.
• Large group team photo will be on the front steps of the TFAC at 7:45.
• Individual pictures will begin at 7:00 once the pool is closed and will continue after the team photo.
• Team Photo order form & link to purchase online. Cash and Check are preferred. If purchasing online you will NEED to fill out a team order form and pay online.
• If you have multiple swimmers and want them all in one individual photo - one picture order form is needed. If you have multiple swimmers and you want them all to be photographed separately - separate picture order forms will be needed.
• Swimmers will be able to practice during their scheduled practice time before and/or after their individual photos. It is the families decision whether or not you want your child to have wet hair in the photo(s). If the child will not be in the water, parents will be responsible for them.
• Please be patient with the photographer and her crew so she can efficiently photograph up to 140 swimmers. 

Team Suits: Three more suits have been delivered; there are about seven orders that are still outstanding. The vendor is working diligently on getting those to us in a timely manner. 

Bellefontaine Swim Meet: Saturday, June 13. Hoffman Municipal Pool 525 E Williams Ave, Bellefontaine, OH 43311 (48 miles from TFAC). More specific meet information will be coming later this week. Tentative timeline: Arrival 8:00 am, Warmups 8:15, Meet start 8:30, 8 & under finished around 10:45, 9 & older finished around noon.

NEED RSVP: 31 families need to RSVP; you can enter a note to the coach(es) if needed. VOLUNTEERS: Once RSVPs are in, any needed modifications to Volunteer shifts will be made. Please make note of your volunteer assignments and/or additional volunteer needs. Swim meets cannot run with out volunteers.
