TMST Families - Information for week of June 10. Lots going on! Picture day and first home swim meet!

Practices: Monday, June 10, Tuesday, June 11 and Wednesday, June 12 Tippecanoe Family Aquatic Center (225 Parkwood Ave, Tipp City). 10&Under 7:00-8:00 11&Older 8:00-9:00. Pool is closed to the public at 7:00

Team Pictures: Monday, June 10. 135 swimmers this season, please be patient while waiting for your swimmer(s) to have their picture taken. Thank you! 

• TMST Picture order form (a hard copy is in your family folder located in the blue tote). Link to purchase online. If purchasing online you will NEED to fill out an order form.
• Individual pictures start at 7:00. Large group photo will be at 7:40. Individual pictures will continue after the large group photo. If you have multiple swimmers and want them all in one individual photo - one picture order form is needed. If you have multiple swimmers and you want them all to be photographed separately - separate picture order forms will be needed. 
• There will be a modified practice schedule. Swimmers will be able to practice during their scheduled practice time before and/or after their individual photos. It is the families decision whether or not they want their swimmers to be wet or dry for photos. 

Botkins Swim Meet: Thursday, June 13. More specific meet information will be coming later this week. Tentative timeline: Arrival 5:15, Warmups 5:30, Meet start 6:00, 8&Under finished around 8:15, 9&Older finished around 9:30.

Please review your volunteer assignment.
• We are in the need of a 1st shift and 2nd shift Bullpen volunteer.
• Please have all RSVP's and any Volunteer changes updated by 8 pm Tuesday, June 11.

Swim-a-thon: Continue to turn in pledges to a board member at practice.
