Important info for Saturday mornings Championship Meet at Village of Versailles Municipal Swimming Pool (448 Woodland Drive Versailles, OH 45380)

• Warm Ups: 8:00 AM. TMST will have 10 minutes in the pool. Please plan for travel time, parking and walking to pool area to be ready for warmups.
• Volunteers: Please check in with Lauren Vore upon arrival. There are a few open spots (scorer, bullpen, clerk of course, ribbon writer). Reminder: if these spots do not get filled PA announcements will be made until filled and/or there will be no bullpen help.   • Stroke & Turn Meeting 8:30 am
  • Timers meeting will be 8:45 am. 
• Heat sheet is attached. Meet start 9:00 am; 8&U end 11:40 am; 9&Up end 2:10 pm.
• Please make note of parking areas, there will be LOTS of swimmers attending.
• All teams MUST sit in designated areas out in the grassy area labeled "CAMP" on the attached image file. There will be a team sign placed in the team area.
• Any weather updates will be sent via Remind text/messaging app.
• Concessions will be available during the meet. Kona Ice also available (separate from concessions).
