Good morning TMST Families! This is our first week of outdoor practice and we have a TON going on. Please read the following to ensure you are aware of upcoming practices and events.

Fundraisers

Thank you to everyone that participated in our Swim-A-Thon and Chipotle Dine to Donate this past week. As a reminder, your Swim-A-Thon donations can be turned into a Board Member any time this week. We'll also be receiving a check for $100 from Chipotle.

Outdoor Practice Begins Tonight!

We move to the Tipp Aquatic Center tonight for practice.

• 10 and Under is in the pool from 7-8 pm
• 11 and Older is in the pool from 8-9 pm
• We suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes early so your swimmer has time to get their googles and caps on. Coaches will do a little dry-land warm up before we enter the pool.

Team Pictures Tuesday

Team pictures are Tuesday, June 6 at 7 pm at the Aquatic Center. Individual pictures start at 7 pm and the Team photo is at 7:45 pm. We will have limited practice on Tuesday evening to ensure everyone has the opportunity to get photos (without wet hair!) You can order and pay online, however you must also bring the completed photo form with you. Download Form Here!

Home Meet vs. Versailles

Our first meet of the season is on Thursday vs. Versailles at the Aquatic Center. Tipp will warm up first at 5:30 pm. This means you need to be at the pool by 5:15 at the very latest! Important reminders for the meet:

• Please sit with the team! This makes everyone's life much easier when all swimmers are in the same area
• Heat Sheets will be emailed out no later than Thursday morning
• Parents should write swimmer events on their arms prior to arriving at pool -- if you need help, find a Board member -- Cheat Sheet
• Volunteers should check in under the tent upon arrival -- you'll be given further instructions upon check in
• Set up crew, please arrive by 5 pm!
• Reminder, you are responsible for the job you signed up for; Can't make it? YOU need to find a replacement for your job -- tell a Board member who is covering for you
• You are free to go after your swimmers' final event (unless you have a job that requires you stay longer)

Board members are always available during practice. We typically set up camp at an umbrellaed table in the concession area. Blue Family Folder Container will be on the table. We also have caps available for sale if needed!
