2023 Families,

We are looking forward to the start of the season next week! A few updates as we begin the season:

1. Pre-Season practices at TROY YMCA starts Tuesday, May 2. No additional fee is required to attend. YMCA members: Please scan in at the desk as normal. NON-YMCA Members: There will be a sign in sheet to enter your child(s) name. Board member(s) will be present at the desk to direct you if you are unfamiliar with the YMCA. 
2. TMST Spirit Store is now open! Orders placed before Sunday, May 12 will be in by the first swim meet. 
3. Updates to Volunteering: 
   1. A new volunteer position has been created (home meets only): Swimmer Organizer - Ensure swimmers are in the correct event, heat, and/or lane for 25’s as timers will be at the opposite end of the pool.
   2. Volunteering for the Mock Meet and/or Darke County Invitational will also count towards the required 4 shifts.
   3. To make adjustments to volunteer shifts: Upcoming Events/<<Event Name>>/Sign Up for Jobs/<<You can add/remove jobs>>. Please remember to work your required 4 volunteer shifts per the registration agreement. 
4. Chipotle Dine to Donate: 4:00 - 8:00 PM Saturday, June 3
